PatisFrance Pralirex Pistachio 100% is a pure pistachio paste made in France with nothing but pistachios — no added flavourings, colourings or preservatives. Its natural brown-green colour is the true colour of the nut, and because it is unsweetened it lets you cut sugar elsewhere in the recipe without losing pistachio intensity.
Recommended dosage is 10–15% of the weight of your preparation. Stir before use — natural settling is normal.
