Callebaut's pure pistachio paste is made from 100% lightly roasted, finely ground pistachios — no sugar, no oil, nothing else. Its fresh green colour and fruity, lightly toasted flavour make it a professional standard for pistachio ganache, bonbon fillings, pastry crèmes, mousse bases and pistachio gelato. Because it is completely unsweetened, you control the sugar in your own recipe.
Stir before use — natural oil separation is normal in a pure nut paste.
