Creamy Kadaifi Cups with Ice Cream, Featuring Lushpantry Kataifi

Ingredients for Creamy Kadaifi Cups:

  • 200g LushPantry pre-chopped kadaifi

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Ground pistachios, for garnish

For the Cream Filling:

  • 4 cups milk

  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 packet vanilla powder

  • 5 tbsp rice flour

For Serving:

  • 1 scoop of lemon, black mulberry, or vanilla ice cream per cup

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Kadaifi Base:

    • Melt the butter in a nonstick pan, add the LushPantry pre-chopped kadaifi, and roast over medium heat until golden brown. Stir in the ground pistachios and remove from heat.

  2. Make the Cream Filling:

    • Place all the cream filling ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.

  3. Assemble the Cups:

    • Divide half of the LushPantry kadaifi mixture evenly into serving cups. Pour the cooked cream filling over the kadaifi, distributing it equally among the cups.

    • Sprinkle the remaining kadaifi on top of the cream layer in each cup.

  4. Chill and Serve:

    • Let the dessert cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 2 hours to set.

    • Serve each cup with a scoop of ice cream on top.
